Come along to enjoy each other’s company around a cuppa and some toast. Soup is often on the menu at lunchtime and there’s also a chance to try a form of creative art or craft.

Bright Sparks
Wednesdays (Term Time Only) | 9:30am-11:30am | St Margaret’s
Bright Sparks is a group for pre-school children (aged 0-5 years old), and their parents and carers. They meet together for singing songs, reading children’s stories (centred around a Christian theme), craft, refreshments, and free play.
There is no charge, but donations are welcome to support the running of the group. If you would like to bring your child along get in contact with us. We can let you know if there’s space in the group or put you on the waiting list.
Wellbeing Community
Thursdays | 12pm-1pm | St Thomas’
A space to talk about our wellbeing, explore what the Christian faith could offer us and build friendships over a meal.
Each week we talk about a Wellbeing topic (such as anxiety, loneliness, self-care) and explore how we can look after ourselves, and how the Christian faith could help us in our Wellbeing.
Free for anyone to attend, just turn up!
Never Too Late 4 U
Thursdays | 10:30am-11:30am | St Thomas’
Come and improve your mobility and health. This strength and balance exercise class is suitable for older people with health conditions, with seated and standing options.
There is a suggested donation of £5 per class, and the proceeds go towards Brightside & Wincobank Parish. If you’re interested in coming along, just turn up!
This group is run by Carole, a Level 4 Instructor in Extend, OTAGO, Postural Stability & Exercise Referral.
